Sure. It is possible to renew the subscription to access the services provided by the 4-cloud portal. After renewal, all monitoring data of the system will be available again. To renew the 4-cloud portal subscription you shall:
- Access the 4-cloud portal with username and password
- Press on “Renew services” from the menu
- Select from the list the system you wish to renew your subscription to
- Continue with payment
